Macro/ Access conversion from Excel

I have a question – I have this huge excel file which has a lot of links and formulas inputted in it. So basically I am doing semi-automated mapping on the basis of logic (based on business requirement) and put together this excel sheet. I am attaching a single spreadsheet, as the whole file is too large to be uploaded. Anyways, I would like you all excel gurus to go through this file and tell me whether this can be converted into an automated system in Access or create an Excel macro for it. If yes, could someone help me in the starting process or tell me what the requirements are to get started. Thanks a lot guys.
