Insert Tab and format as Macro

I am trying to figure out how to set a Macro that has the workbook insert a new worksheet tab and copy the name from a master sheet within the workbook as the name for the tab. I also need to know if there is a script that can reorder the tabs alphabetically. Any suggestions?
