Making an old macro usable on new data

I haven't used Visual Basic in about four years now so it's hard to remember how to use it in programming.

Basicaly there's a macro someone wrote a couple years ago for taking log files and organizing them into an excel spreadsheet.

I want to make it useful for these new log files that I have but I'm kind of stuck on where to change the code in the macro. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Attached is the old excel file with the macro and the log files that it works with (bundle.zip).

The newlogfiles.zip are the new log files that I want it to work with.

The newformat.zip is the excel file of the format I'd like it to apear in after the macro runs. (It's on the second tab).

I know this is a lot but I'm lost so any help would be greatly appreciated.
