Thank you so much for your help on this !! I am trying to set up a appointment diary with excel and I want to know whether I could or if it's possible to:

(a) I have inserted via the view, toolbar, control box a calender on a worksheet. Can I link the dates from the calender to another worksheet?

(b) Via the control box I have inserted an option button, how do I link this option button to a worksheet?

(c) I have 18 staff, I plan to set up an individual diary for each person and then set up searches from there? e.g. search for first available appointment etc. Would this be easy to do (My knowledge of excel is self taught) or any books you can recommend that could help with this?

Some help would be great, I have tried to look up with help and some library books but the answer seems to evade me.
