Retreive a name from a list if an specific name is in a cell

I have a database in range t6:z54 named districts. Each column within the database corresponds to a Province. My interest is to select in a list in D1 the province I need and to find a list in E1 with the correspondent districts in it automatically loaded.. Can you post a copy or at least a sample of your workbook. That might make it a little easier to understand what you are trying to do.
