Question How to move data from userform to userform and save?

Hi all and thanks for reading and your help in advance. I need to write a basic Onclick command for a button. After entering data into a few text boxes, I want that data to transfer into the corresponding labels on another form. Basically one is the data entry form and the other is the form designed to be printed. What I also really need is to somehow save what I enter say based on the SS# and possibly have the ability to retreieve that data later. Is there anyone that can help me get this thing going? I appreciate your help. Thank you all.

Firstly, the title of this thread neither helps you nor a prospective helper, so i changed the title for you!

Next you need to supply whatever code you have or workbook you have been working on so that we may see what you are trying to achieve...what is SS#?

Userforms are not useful when printed, you would be better off creating a worksheet to look like a userform to recieve your data from the userform you are transporting data from, this way you can save each worksheet as a different number or name to keep a running record.

To be honest you will have to do some work yourself, provide what you have and then pose specific questions to specific problems!
Not all forums are the same - seek and you shall find

    hi

I did do work. I tried a number of things. Basically this is what happened. I have a form that is a pdf. I got it to be a jpeg and all I need is that same exact form on a vb form and instead of the image boxes, I put txt boxes so I can fill them out. The form must be exactly as it is, thats why designing a new one will have some differences which are not allowed. here is an attachment of a sample that I am creating. When you open the xls, go into the vb editor. There you will find the forms and understand what I mean. The worksheet itself is different and not helpfull. I just wanted to keep everything in one place. Thank you for your help.

Shoot - its too big... I'll try to figure it out on my own. thank you

I think you are missing the whole point of UserForms - they are not designed for printing. You can print a userForm but it will be exactly that, with the blue caption bar, etc, not just the body of the userform.

If your file is too big there are ways around that - zipping, removing unnecessary data, formatting etc. If that doesn't work then use an online file transfer service like www.yousendit.com, posting the download link here.
    Hope that helps.
