Automating Find and Replace function.

Hello all,

We have an Excel 2007 spreadsheet that we get daily that we run "find and replace" on for about 40 words/phrases in a particular column. Is there a way to automate this since the 40 words/phrases remain the same and the particular column remains the same as will? Any help would be appreciated. Sorry if we put this in the wrong section.

Simply recording a macro would do this for you. Select the whole column and go through your list. It won't look pretty but it will work.

Try this, expand the Cases as required.
