Instant calculations

Hi, i'm trying to make (in my own vba code) something like this, that i attached.
I want to make a grid like that, so that any value that i modify in the textboxes, the program instantly changes the result values. This function that i pretend is similar to excel mode: at any change in a cell, the final result instantly changes.
Other thing that i'm searching is a Control do add to my VBA toolbox to make this kind of grid. I found VSflexgrid, but i don't know the code to make it function the way i want: giving instant results.

So, can anyone help me on this, please?

P.S.: Someone told me that this kind of function is similar to that kind of funtions used to perform "automatic conclusion" like in database searches : as each letter of a word, that we write, it reduces the results to the one we pretend.
