Search for empty cell, cut and paste

I've got 2 worksheets, and I need to cut from one and paste to another. Can someone help find a VBA code (Macro) that'll search column A from sheet1 for a specific letter or symbol, cut it, and then search for the first empty cell in column A in sheet2 and paste it there? thanks for the help!
