Change from text to numbers

how would i change this code to take in numbers instead of text?

here is an attachment...and that last code didnt change it...i want the comments to be the value of column L....not C...even though i know thats what it said in the code

it still doesnt work for me...Column C is shouldnt exist in there. and when a row in column K is changed so should the commet on column A

I don't know what else to tell you. When I change the value of a cell in column "C", it puts the value of column "K", in the same row, into the comment in column "A". Did you want it to behave differently?

yes, column C shouldnt be in the equation. what is suppose to happen, is that whenever column K changes, the comment in column A changes to the values that is in column K...and that needs to go down all the way to row 200
