does excel have the capability to react to the simple act of clicking a cell?

i have a spreadsheet with 1 column (A) that has the numbers 1-10

each time i click any of the numbers i would like excel to "react" by adding this occurence to the next cell...

in other words... if i click this sequence: 2,5,2,5,3,5,6,2,5...
excel would input each occurence in the adjoining cell:
1-0
2-3
3-1
4-0
5-4
6-1
7-0
8-0
9-0
10-0

am i high?
if this is impossible, is there an application that can do this
