sorting data Macro...

Hi, I wonder if anyone could help me with a macro. Attached is a raw report from a telephone system. I need a macro which would pick out data from that sheet and put it on a new tab. The details I need are the name, the FIRST Login time, and the LAST log out time, as there will more than often be 2 lots of log in/outs at least.
I need the name in column A, the log in time on column B and the log out time on column C. Is this do-able and fairly easy?
