    hide rows before printing

    Greg -

In your last reply, you supplied VBA for hiding and then having the rows unhidden so as close with saving because "nothing in that process" changed anything.

Could I use this same basic concept to "Clear Contents" of rows that had "Total" in them but not rows that have "Grand Total"?

I want to Clear Contents of the entire row so that there is a row spacer between each employee total.

Employee Name DATA EMPLOYEE SSN REF Shift REG HRS
    4144 Aguilar de Fernandez, Lilia 7320 6456A4144 1 Total 6.750
    4145 Aguilar de Fernandez, Lilia 7320 6456A4145 2 Total 24.000
Aguilar de Fer, Lilia Total 30.750
    8476 Aguilar, Berenice 131 6456A8476 1 Total 24.000
    8477 Aguilar, Berenice 131 6456A8477 2 Total 5.000
    8478 Aguilar, Berenice 131 6456A8478 3 Total 8.750
    Aguilar, Bernice Total 37.750

See Clear Contents with Total only in Name.JPG for better pic of what I am talking about. As you can see in the following Cleared Contents with Grand Total only showing.JPG- the "Grand Total" is only showing. Right now I have to go through all 2000 rows and "Clear Contents" of each "Total" manually.

Will an abrigation to your code work?
