Scroll Wheel will not work in VBA editor

Windows XP Home : Office 2003

My mouse Scroll Wheel will not work when the cursor is within the VBA edit window.

It works in the Spreadsheet, and in all other software. But, it will not scroll VBA code up and down in the edit window. Nor will it scroll the immediate window.

Any idea why it will not work, and how to fix it?
