Filter or sort multiple values in a cell

I need to be able to sort or filter criteria in a cell, cells have multiple entries.

colum F holds the criteria to be filtered or sorted.

.....need all rows with instances of group 'A' to be filtered or sorted.

Data > Filter > Custom > contains > A
