Copying macros from a file to Personal Workbook

Hello. Can someone tell me the *easiest* way to copy/transfer macros that I've recorded to someone else's Personal Macro Workbook on another PC?

The way I've done this is to create a new blank macro, then copy the code from the file containing my macros. The problem here is that the person who will have to copy the macros is very computer illiterate. I'm trying to make it as easy as possible for them.

For example, when you're recording a macro, it does not record the keystrokes in vb of copying & pasting the code. One workaround was to put the code in a Word document to make that part easier. but, I'd love to automate the process as much as possible...
