    Alert if Sheet is Unprotected

I sometimes unprotect a sheet to change a formula and then forget to reprotect it.

I would like "UNPROTECTED" to show in a cell so I am alerted to the fact that the worksheet needs to be protected.

I'd very much appreciate some help in how to achieve.

    Worksheet_SelectionChange(ByVal Target As Range)

Thanks for you suggestion Roy. I came across the above event handler which should do what you are suggesting but by moving to a different cell instead of when the sheet recalculates but I don't know how to get the statement to work.

Your help would be much apprecited
