FormulaArray Which Delivers Text Instead of Formula

I have a Formula array which delivers the text of the formula to the correct cell but not the active formula. Any suggestions. Thanks.

Ive tried .Formula, .FormulaArray,.FormulaR1C1 (which the macro recorded), but I do not get a numerical value, I get the text string,=IF(RC=R[1]C,RC[1],""). Thanks.
