Delete Row Based on Cell of Another

i have an exported Trial Balance that looks like:

    A B C D
acct desc curr amt ytd amt

    13456 Cash 123.45 123.45
    23456 Bank 1345.67 1345.67
    (Blank Row)
    Total 1469.12 1469.12

i want to look down all the rows and any time i see the word "total" in column "B" of any row, i want to delete the row above and underline the current row. any help with the code would be greatly appreciated.

Give this a whirl. Change sheet as required, checks from last row in col B to B2:

    HI pkbravo,

The only reason i can see is if you have not got the word ""Total" correct . IE the "T" in caps
