select, copy, paste into new row

Hi guys. I need some help with something very easy and quick but something I cannot figure out for the past 3 hours. Tried everything. Formulas, Macro recorder, forums, google everything...

I am working on a debt tracking sheet. I have a data entry form and a history form. I need a macro or something to select the date from data entry tab and select the balance of the specific credit card and copy it to a new row in the history tab. I cannot seem to do it. It keeps overwriting the previous entry but I need the previous entry to stay and use a new row for a new entry. I cannot attached a copy of the sheet bec my interent freezes - no clue why. I tried three times. I hope you understand what I mean. I can email it to you if you give me an address. Thanks.
