Mysterious "sumif" result

For some reason when I execute the code below if cells k118:k149 are set to 0.0 it results 4?? but if I elminate the *1000 at the end it results 0.0 the correct ansewer. any thoughts why when the *1000 is entered is results 4? I have a similar forumla located directly above and below this one only with the letter "k" being different and thoes work correctly??weird any help is appreciated.
