Mag - Please change your title

I am currently doing a project where I have a sheet where I have a drop down list of 5 worker's name with a default of yes for their availability in a month, however I have in mind to have a button where i can click submit of this information, where this information will then be reflected in a new sheet where I can have an overall monthly/week view of the worker's working in each day. how do i go about doing so? this is urgent .
