How can I sort colums and rows when the rows always change?

I am new to usind VBA and a getting more and more confused. I have data that is an output from an other source. It is a parts list and there are never the same amount/size of each part, so the value/quantity of the rows is always changing. I have attached the data that I get to start with and what I need it to look like after the macro is done.

Please let me know if this is possible.

    Thanks for your time.

More people will be able to open your files if they are saved in pre-2007 format.
