Converting Text String to Date Format

I have two text strings that I receive in two seperate files on a daily basis.

I am looking for the code to add into my macro to be able to covert it into a date format of DD/MM/YYYY (UK Format)

The two dates I receive are in text formats:

Nov 12 2007

and

13/11/07
