Putting Words into Excel using VBA

How do i transfer all the words in a word.doc into each cell of an excel file? ie, each cell contain one word only, if possible less all punctuation and spaces.

Hello eijoah,

This macro will copy all the words ( and punctuation) from the open Word Document to the ActiveSheet in Excel. It fills the worksheet by columns then rows.
