How to Lock/protect VBAproject?

Does anyone know how to lock/protect VBA project?

In the VBE, go to TOOLS-Project Properties. Select the Protection tab. Then enter the password.

I tried that, it didn't lock it when I do that. I can still open the vba project.

You have to save the file, then close it.

When you reopen it, you will need a password to gain access to the VBE.
