Macro needed to delete characters

I have a text column filled with partnumbers. These partnumbers can include one or more - (dashes). I need a macro which returns, in the next column, the same partnumer without the characters to the right of the last dash. This last dash should also be deleted.
See attached file for example.

Any help would be appreciated.
