    Talking Combobox ListFillRange

I'm trying to use the ListFillRange property on a combobox on an Excel 2007 worksheet. The range of cells I am using is on another worksheet called Standard Deductions. Everytime I enter the range of cells into the property it just disapears and will not save. What it the correct way to reference list of cells in another worksheet in a combobox? I've tried every way I can think of including VB code and nothing works. I'm almost ready to pull my hair out! Please could someone help me!
    Thanks
