a macro that will copy rows 4 through 10 and add them to the bottom

Ok- maybe some one can help me out- iam trying to make my job a lil simpler.
I am trying to create a macro that will copy a blank copy of rows 4 through 10 and add them to the bottom of the previous entry- and also if possible add a macro to insert an extra copy of row 5 and insert it just below it- I was trying to think of a way to create maybe a toolbar with spots to enter a specific number of rows, and copies.
I am very new at this, but I tried recording a macro to copy cells and paste them below- as you probably know that only allows for a single copy. Any ideas- suggestions would be appreciated.
