Conditional Formatting on Every Cell in Every Row

Hello,

I have a spreadsheet where the word 'decommission' appears in numerous columns and rows. I would like to run a piece of conditional formatting to highlight any row which has the word 'decommission' in any of its cells.

So far I have been trying with:

=$A1:$X1="decommission"

....obviously with no joy, I was hoping someone could shed a bit of light on the matter.

thats very close BUT it only highlighted the cell, as opposed to the entire row that the cell sits within
