Add sheet reference to data

Hi,

I have the following code, shown below, which I use to merge all worksheets into one master sheet. What I would like to do is, next to each piece of data that is copied into the master (so in column 19) add the sheet name from where the data was copied from.

eg.

Data Sheet Name
Data Sheet Name
Data Sheet Name
Data Sheet Name
