Sorry, don't have a solution for you but I'm having a similar problem. Just tacking on to your thread to avoid starting a new one.

I'm creating a macro to create graphs from a SAS Proc TABULATE output and I get that error randomly when running my macro. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I really don't know what's going on as I just started using VBA a week ago.

    Thanks for any insight.

I found this in a old thread.

It worked for me, I no longer get that error. But I'd like to know why I was getting that error if anybody has any insight.

    I also found this.

    http://www.appspro.com/Utilities/CodeCleaner.htm

This supposedly will fix it, I haven't tried it though.

Unhappy Code execution has been interrupted - new ideas?

    Hi,
Well the "Code execution has been interrupted" message has started appearing in my VBA code - as described by previous users (it interrupts at seemingly random places, and I can continue to spet through the code - manually - without other errors).

Unfortunately, Application.EnableCancelKey = xlDisabled doesn't fix it for me.

A few minutes spent Googling confirmed that this problem has been experienced by many users - but apart from the posts on this forum, I haven't seen any useful answers.

    * Does anyone have any idea why this happens - and how to fix it?

    * Does anyone have experience with Codecleaner (is it safe? the main executable is called UNWISE.EXE - not overly reassuring - and I need to lower my security level to run it...)

    Lotte
