Appending data into an Access db from Excel

Hello,

I created a database for tracking department performance and am now having issue of scalability. I need to move the data to a Access database, and would like to still use the Excel front end I have developed to input the data. I can pull data out of the access database, but am having problems updating the database tables with changes made in excel. Any ideas? Any books out there that might cover this topic?

I searched this forum (sorry, should have done that first!!) and found the following code (modified for my file)
I get a type mismatch when trying to set the recordset.
This procedure worked fine in with the sample database, is their something I need to change in access to allow editing?
