Lookup results from anouther worksheet and display specific ones

Hi all,

I have a problem I cannot think of a solution for. The example below is a very very simple test subject, the database I am using are vastly more complex so I need the answer in a specific format.

Basically I have 2 worksheets. Info and Data.
Data - Stores information
Info - This displays the information I want it too from the Date worksheet.

What I want to happen is the Info sheet to display 'phones' and 'statuses' of only the phones in the data worksheet which have status passed or failed. Any phone with N/A I don't want to be displayed.

I have provided the excel sheet I am using with the way I need the answer displayed. As far as I am aware I cannot use Vlookup as it will produce blanks.

I hope you understand what I mean, but if you look at the excel sheet it should explain it too you.

Any help will be appreciated.
