Would Like to change color of cell when I get a Return of False(Red) True(Green)

I have data coming from a PLC to a spreadsheet. I have some data coming
back as True and False. I would like to change the color of my cells according
to the status of the return True (would be Green) False (would be Red). Is
there a way to do this.

You can change the colour of a cell by setting the conditional formating option on the tool bar. Once the format is set the cell will return red or green or any other colour you like depending on the contents of the cell. It is on the format drop down box and follow the instructions.
