    cases in forms

    hey guys

    i have a form with textboxs in them
    alls i want to do is have the first letter in the textbox to be uppercase and the rest to be lowercase.
    i can do all upper or all lower by doing

    but i need it to be like title case

    any ideas???
    I dont like to use code i dont understand
    it makes it hard to use in other situations
    so please try to be as clear and patent as possible with me
