ActiveCell.Formula Error

I am having an issue with the following formula, it works when its plugged into the cell but I can't get it into a macro.

I have similar statements and the formulas that seem to have errors are the ones where I am looking for text, just a guess on my part.

I need to move them to a macro as I only do the calculations one time, and unless I turn auto calc off I keep getting hung up while it does these calculations multiple times.

Similar statements will be pasted from my Col I down to Y and rows 2 - 110 at this time.
