Thumbs down User forms to template

    Hi all,

I am new to this forum. I've watch it for awhile and it's great to see the help offered here. I have been working with excel for awhile but recently have really been exploring it -VBA etc and loving it.
My question- I am developing a user form for data entry. The data is transfered from the User form to a sreadsheet but I also have a great template which I designed on another spreadsheet in the same workbook. It draws information from remote sources to poulate certain cells. Once this template is filled out i print it off and we use it as a picking slip to find parts in the warehouse. I created a User form to make data entry easy and too keep a record of these

    1. How can I use the User form to populate the templated spreadsheetI already have. Also I still want the form information fill out on the user form to populate the Data spreadsheet sequencially.I want to print the template spreadsheet not the User form

    2. I would also like certain text boxes in the user form to be populated automatically when triggerd by a manual entry into another textbox. For example type part number 1234 and in another text box steering wheel comes up. Perhaps a lookup sheet ref? But there are several lookups required.
Now have I completely confused everyone? Hope not. Help on all or part would be appreciated. Thanks

    Hello Hatrick,

    Welcome to the Forum!

In light of all the things you want to accomplish, it would be a big help to see your workbook. It would a faster and more accurate way to answer your questions. The file first must be zipped before you can attach it to your post. The maximum zipped size is 100 kb.

    Thanks,
    Leith Ross
