creating a small database

Hi Everybody.

I am a beginner in Excel.

I need someone to help me out with the below query.

I have one spreadsheet with following details.(Database Sheet)
Supplier Name,Category,Sub Category.
This sheet contains a large amount of details of suppliers.

In one more spreadsheet (Search Sheet)
I wanted to create a search tool like if i put the name of supplier and click on the command button, i should get the details of that supplier if found in data.

Like below is the example.

If i want to search the Hays IT(supplier) in the database and if i put the name in textbox and click below i should get how many times the supplier name is repeated in Database with category and sub category beside to it, Like

Supplier Name Category Sub Category
Hays IT Staffing Recurtiment Agency
Hays IT Staffing Temp Agency

If details are not found in Databsae, a pop up should say supplier not found.

Something like this ?

Still i am facing one problem.

When i am try to search a supplier name which is not in database it shows me a debugging error.

Could you please help me out in rectifying that error.

If a supplier name is not found in database it shold prompt "Supplier not Found"

I had one more request below could you help me out in that also

Like below is the example

British Telecom
British Telecommunications
British Petroleum

When the macro is executed all the items which start with British should get filtered like wise other items also in that column
