Programming An Option Button

Further to previous requests for help I'm now having difficulty programming my Option Buttons. I want the Option Buttons to act as follows:
Select 'No Mount' (Option Button 1), the value in C16 is shown in E17
Select 'Single Mount' (Button 2), the value of C17 is shown in E17
Select 'Double Mount' (Button 3), the value of C18 is shown in E17

I have tried changing codes given to me by Leith but with only partial success.
All previous assistance has been greatly appreciated.
