Type Mismatch Error when deleting a cell

I get this error anytime I try to delete the contents of any cell (by clicking the DELETE key. Backspace works OK.) OR if I try to CLEAR CONTENTS in any cell in columns D or P.


I do have a VBA code setup that involves those cells in those columns. Any idea how to fix this problem?

This code would be much easier to follow & amend if you had stuck to the Select case that I gave you originally.

The code's fine now as far as its functionality goes. Just can't figure why I get a "Type Mismatch Error" when deleting one of the cells in the 2 columns affected by the code.

Plus, the code you provided didn't give me exactly what I was looking for (Probably because I was unclear in my description of what I needed. I mentioned that in the other thread but the thread probably got buried before you saw it.)
