havnig some trouble with Select Case syntax stuff

hey, im trying to write this program, just for my own personal development, and to save some time at work but i cant seem to figure out the best way to do something like this. I have had a need to do the following a few times, but i just cant get it to work.

My question is this: How do i make a if or select or anything that said "[if] active cell = cell above delete the entire row"

so what i have is something like this:
