    keeping original sheets as original

    hi guys

    just wondered if there was any code that stops a sheet lets call it master sheet from being saved as master sheet after some data is entered

    basically im saying that any data entered on the sheet cannot be saved as the original sheet that opened

    You can't save a sheet as a name that already exists anyway. The existing sheet would need to be re-named.

    And People Will Need To Change Data In Cells But Cant Save It As The Original

    how do you make it read only

    also about every 5 minutes i get auto save keep coming on asking if i want to save

    this is slightly annoying is it possible to switch this off?
