Uncheck Radio Button using a Command Button

I want to thank anyone in advance for helping me with this issue. I have created several groups of Radio Buttons, all inside frames, and I am trying to clear them when a Command Button is clicked. Any one have any ideas on how I would write the code to accomplish this?

    Where are the radio buttons
    On a sheet?
    On a form?

They are Control Option Buttons on a sheet. I know there is a way to check and uncheck them using a Command Button if they are Active X controls but I needed them to be larger so I used the Control Option buttons.

If you have them linked to a cell you just need to clear the cells value

Thank you mudraker, should have thought of it on my own but I was making it harder than it was.
