remove duplicate rows

Hi,

Need help on creating a macro. The requirement is:

I have 3 worksheets namely “Close item”, “Open item”, YTD Products

We have to compare rows of “Close item” and “Open item” sheets. In case “Open item” sheet contains any duplicate row then we have to remove them from “Open item” sheet. At the same time we have to enter all rows from “Close item” sheet to “YTD Products” sheet.


For example: We have 3 rows in “Close item” sheet. We need to remove all the matching rows from “Open item” sheet. Later we have to add rows from “Close item” to “YTD Products” as the first record and rest records remains as is.

I got a requirement where in i can't use filters else i wud not post the same here. So please help ...
