Worksheet_calculate()

Hello,

I have the following code that is not working. I would like to be able to use the range K8:k14 and have it refer to range o8:o14. So for instance; K8 would look for O8, and K9 would look for O9 etc..

I have tried R1C1 formulas with no luck,
