Delete rows

I am in need of a macro that will delete rows basis criteria. I would like to delete all rows expect rows that contains company names e.g. Row 3 and 19 in sample data. However, this row number keeps on changing so every time it should not be row 3 and 19.

If you see Column H (Row 3 and 19) contains several codes it may be a numeric values or a text value as well. So i wud like to keep the row that contains company names in Col A and some code in Col H.
