Adding Checkboxes to Form based on how many names in column?

Basically what I want to do I add a checkbox to a userform for every name that is in column A.

Does anyone have an idea even where to start to do this? I can identify what row has the last name on the list in it, but from there I dont know how to tell it to add a checkbox to the form for every name above that.

    Any help would be great.

    thanks

    Hello BigDubbe,

Is the user form a worksheet or a VBA UserForm?

    Sincerely,

Use a listbox with Multi select and ListStyle of Option.
