Autofill macro based on above data

I have a list of data in column R where I have blank rows between the data points ranging from 5-8 rows. What I need to do is fill in the blank rows with the data point above it till the next data point and so on and so forth.

The bold text is what I need to fill in based on the number above it till we reach the next number then fill in that one till the next one.
