    Appointment Schedule

I do not even know where to start. I have a workbook ( I included a sample of what the sheet will look like) I will have an intake specilist meet a client at a designated time but also need the same time slot scheduled for a case manager within the same pod. As long as everything stays in the same pod i'm good. Is it possible for the sheet to "auto select" the first available case manager no mater which intake worker is scheduled? I need like an auto fill of something. I just can not seem to wrap my arms around this.

    Hi

Can you step through a couple of example on how you see this working. Something like

Put X in B2. Find the first blank entry in G2:J2 or G12:J12 (all available entries for the 8:00 timeframe) and insert X.

And so on. Make scenarios that will provide realistic situtions you have to meet.

    Hi
Choose an intake manager in any pod from col B to E and click the button. it chooses first available manager from col G to J and blocks it with yellow shade.
